This was the first project we did with the incredible new software “Softimage XSI” at Spans & Partner back in 2002 , for the first time using the great passes system and XSI’s fur. Sadly this great software was killed by Autodesk in 2014.
Working closely with the developement team at (pre-Autodesk) Softimage, we got a lot of hotfixes and finaly some nice looking hair on “Rudi and Ralf”. My tasks besides fur were previz, set-supervision, modeling (the pig), texturing, rigging, animation and Pre-Compositing.
